Refund policy

All sales are final and no refunds are provided; however, if there are issues with your order we will take action to make things right.

Damaged order

If a package has been broken in shipment we will follow the same procedure as a missing package and send you a replacement order. To facilitate this we require photos of the damaged items.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at steven@saldebus.com

Non-receipt of order

All orders are sent via tracked courier or mail services. In the event that a shipment is lost, we will work with out shipping partners and will send you a replacement order once we have determined the facts of the situation.
